SALZBURG - SCHLOSS KLESSHEIM
The camouflage around Schloss Klessheim was an extensive attempt to blend the massive estate into the surrounding tree lines. Salzburg was bombed 16 times from 1944-1945 with half the town's houses destroyed, 14,643 left homeless, and 531 civilian deaths.
