FIELD MARSHALL ALEXANDER
Field Marshall Sir Harold Alexander Alexander was a veteran of the WWI Irish Guards and a divisional commander in charge of the rear guard at Dunkirk. He directed the actions of the 3rd Division in Italy as commander of the 15th Army Group and later, Mediterranean Commander of the Allied Expeditionary forces.
