VILLEMENFROY

The 3rd Division swing band would often set up for a little relief from the war. In Villemenfroy, soldiers put the fighting on hold with music and a dance. Villemenfroy fell to Companies F and G of the 7th Regiment's 2nd Battalion on Sept. 14 where they passed into regimental reserve.
