MUNNERSTADT
A DUKW travels through Munnerstadt on April 8,1945. The 3rd Division was maneuvering south toward the Main River once again. The DUKWs were on hand for the many river crossings during this period and doubled as troop carriers as seen here. The location is Munnerstadt's marketplace with the city hall just off frame to the left of this image.
