Assigned to Bad Wildungen, Germany in July, 1945, photographers Bill Toomey, Bill Heller and Bobby Seesock pose there for a peacetime photo. Rumors of the 3rd Division moving to Japan never materialized with the division staying in Germany until November 1946.
