In the detail to the right is seen Pvt. John J. Flynn of the 3rd Military Police Platoon directing traffic across the Main River. With the crossing of the Main River at Worth completed with all objectives secured, the 3rd Division was assigned a new sector as the April campaign began. The surrender of Germany in the Second World War
was a short five weeks away.
