ANZIO BEACHHEAD
Another 10th Engineer, Howard Nickelson of Livingston, Montana, was next to join the unit. Nickelson, who landed with the division at Casablanca, is posing inside the mobile photo lab demonstrating its equipment. Bill Heller of Chicago, Illinois joined the team on Anzio and after the 3rd Division reached Rome in June 1944, Bill Toomey of Everett, Massachusetts, and Bobby Seesock would complete the team.
